10th ANGEL FILM AWARDS - MONACO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
The Angel Film Awards - Monaco International Film Festival is a well-established, competitive, independent 4 day Int'l Film Festival & art house event celebrating peace, love and movies!
Since its creation in 2003 the Angel Film Awards - MIFF is held in the Principality of Monaco. It is a non-profit making independent film festival, known as an elegant and glitzy affair, gaining it the reputation of the jewel in the crown of the film festival circuit.
The Angel Film Awards Team works passionately to help worthy productions gain the publicity and recognition they deserve. Previous AFA winners have gained distribution deals and have secured finance trough the festival.
The Festival has received immense media attention throughout the world and featured on BBC World head line news, CNN, RTL Germany, Canal+, Channel 4 UK, Porto Canal Portugal, TV3, New Zealand, Riviera Life TV, TMC Monte Carlo.
The Angel Film Awards also known for its elegant networking industry party events. Venues include Hotel Hermitage, Salle Belle Époque, Monte-Carlo Bay Resort, Salle Empire at Hotel de Paris and the Pacific Lounge.
Red carpet screenings will take place at the new Art Novo Theatre & Press Lounge in the Novotel, Monte Carlo. Built on the site of the old Radio Monte Carlo building, the Novotel provides state of the art projection facilities.
The event will be attended by a line-up of seasoned industry professionals and distinguished guests. The entire festival will be filmed for Television Broadcast. There will be the usual press corps and interview sessions for film directors, actors, talent and members of the industry.
The AFA - MIFF whose outlook is to promote non-violent films and to encourage new, young and mature film making talent from whose work to be show-cased in the glitzy, prestigious surroundings of Monaco.
